Get on your horse . . .

All members, family and friends of the club are invited to a fun social evening on Saturday 13 March.

The Coalville Town Hockey Club race night takes place at Broomleys Cricket Club, Blackwood, Coalville starting at 7.30pm.

It's an opportunity for a lots of fun and games, and to raise some desperately needed funds for the club. There'll be a raffle and a finger buffet, along with the company of your clubmates to keep you entertained.

Tickets cost £5 for adults and £3 for juniors. See a committee member to purchase your tickets.

Presentation Evening 2010

The season's top performers will this year again be rewarded at the Annual Presentation Evening which will take place at the Hermitage Park Hotel in Coalville on April 16.

Awards that will be up for grabs on the night include: Players player's of the season, Presidents player's of the season, Top goalscorer, Team of the year, Young player of the year, Clubman of the year and many more.

The evening will include a three course meal, and the menu includes:

Starter

A choice of:

Homemade broccoli and stilton soup

Quennels pate served with melba toast

Melon with sorbet and fruit coulis

Main

A choice of:

Lamb shank in red wine

Supreme chicken in mushroom sauce

Vegetarian dish of the day

Dessert

A choice of:

Strawberry cheesecake and cream

Treacle sponge and creamy custard

Cheese and biscuits with celery and grapes

Coffee and mints

Tickets will cost £25 (£20 for juniors) and will be available soon from captains and committee members.
